For some time now, I need to pull the negative battery cable off when I'm not using the car or the battery totally, completely drains and cannot be charged again. In other words, a very complete drain that kills it. I pulled all of the fuses while looking at a multimeter and the 'passive belt' link showed that the circuit is pulling 1/2 to 1 volt constantly. Looking in the manual and on countless web sites, I have yet to figure out what this fuse is for (passive seat belt something or other I think) or how to fix this problem. Time to ask the pros. Thanks.
